Arati Raghavan

Practice Areas

Arati joined Lear & Lear, LLP, in 2010, with a practice background in natural resources and public lands law, with an emphasis on mineral, oil, and gas development, mining claims, timber and logging, leasing practices, and associated liabilities. Arati has significant experience with complex title examinations of private, Federal, and State lands in Pennsylvania, Montana, North Dakota, and Utah, as well as the preparation of drilling, lease acquisition, and drilling and division order opinions. She also has experience with administrative hearings and appeals and general litigation, and advises and assists clients with transactional matters, real property related instruments, title curative documents, agency proceedings, and research and analysis of novel legal issues.
