Mr. Wiersum's background is comprehensive as to water rights, the forest service and public lands. His main area of interest is natural resource law as it pertains to public lands. Outside of the office, Brett enjoys hiking and outdoor recreational actitivies. Mr. Wiersum's pratice involves natural resources and public lands law with emphasis on mineral law, oil and gas law and litigation; complex title examinations; administrative hearings and appeals; public land law; timber and logging law.
