Kristin Burnham

Practice Areas

Kristin's practice focuses on natural resources and public lands law with an emphasis on the exploration, permitting and production of oil and gas. Her primary focus is conducting complex title examinations and preparing division order opinions for fee, federal, and state lands. Prior to joining Lear & Lear in 2012, Kristin served as a law clerk with the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office.
