Mitch’s practice focuses on many areas of complex oil and gas title analysis, including federal leases and holdings, water rights and split estates. Mitch also has experience in various civil and domestic areas, including victim advocacy, contract negotiation, appellate practice, and public policy. Because of his legal experience and that of a Policy Advisor for the Governor's Public Lands Policy Coordination Office, one of Mr. Maio’s main areas of interest is natural resource law as it pertains to public lands.
