Stephanie Barber-Renteria

Practice Areas

Stephanie’s practice involves natural resources and public lands law with an emphasis on the exploration, permitting and production of oil and gas. Her primary focus is conducting complex title examinations and preparing drilling, lease acquisition, and division order opinions for fee, federal, Indian, and state lands. Stephanie is admitted to practice and has prepared opinions for lands in Wyoming, Utah, and California. She also has experience in administrative hearings and appeals and natural resources litigation. Stephanie also assists clients with drafting and negotiating transactional agreements and real property related instruments.
