Ginger represents oil and gas, energy, and natural resources clients, assisting them as they litigate issues before administrative agencies and in state and federal court.
Ginger has extensive experience advising and representing clients in a wide variety of administrative and civil litigation matters focusing on oil and gas and natural resources issues. Her interest in natural resources law began when she served as an attorney/policy advisory for Utah’s Public Lands Policy Coordination Office, where she helped lead one of the state’s largest civil litigation efforts against the federal government to quiet title to thousands of rural roads.
Since joining Lear & Lear, Ginger has expanded her expertise, representing numerous clients in litigating and appealing cases involving oil and gas and natural resources issues in both state and federal court as well as in administrative matters before the Interior Board of Land Appeals, the Office of Hearings & Appeals, and the Utah Board of Oil, Gas and Mining. Ginger’s practice includes renewable energy project development and diligence.
