Kristin provides legal guidance to clients in the exploration, permitting and production of oil and gas. Her practice focuses on conducting complex mineral title examinations and preparing drilling and division order title opinions for fee, federal, and state lands in the Permian Basin. She is licensed to practice law in New Mexico and Utah.


Kristin advises independent oil and gas producers, working primarily with their land departments in matters related to the acquisition and development of oil and gas properties. She has extensive experience in advising clients on the interpretation and application of joint operating agreements and unit agreements. She also regularly assists clients in preparing transactional instruments and title curative documents.
