Liana represents renewable energy clients throughout the United States, assisting them in siting, developing, and financing utility-scale solar, wind, geothermal, RNG and battery storage projects.

Liana assists clients in every aspect of real estate for renewable energy projects, including preparing and negotiating site control documents, reviewing and managing title and survey, performing title and survey curative, negotiating title policies, and acting as lead or local real estate counsel for project financing related to construction debt and tax equity investment. In addition, Liana represents clients in mergers and acquisitions performing real estate due diligence and assisting in preparing project acquisition agreements.

Liana also has extensive experience conducting mineral title examinations for fee, federal, and state lands throughout the United States for traditional energy clients and guiding them through exploration, production, and transportation of extracted minerals. In addition, Liana has experience in general transactional law, including business law, preparation of wills and trust documents, and negotiation of contracts for professional athletes. When not working, Liana is usually found outside hiking, biking, skiing or riding horses.
