Randa advises energy and natural resources clients in the West by providing cost-effective guidance and assessing the legal implications of ongoing development and extraction activities.

Randa is a problem solver at heart who enjoys getting to know her clients and their business model to efficiently provide solutions based on her unique knowledge and expertise.


Randa joined the firm in 2014 while still in law school. She has extensive experience in transactional matters including complex title examinations involving federal, state, private, and Indian lands, drafting agreements, probate and other types of curative work, conveyance instruments and due diligences. In addition, Randa has spent countless hours reviewing and/or drafting purchase and sale agreements, pooling and unitization agreements, surface use agreements, rights of way and easements, leasehold/working interest assignments, royalty and overriding royalty assignments, and other types of instruments.


From working diligently for some of the biggest oil & gas companies in the country to helping small local companies and individuals, Randa focuses on her clients’ short and long term needs to help them achieve their goals.
