Rohit conducts complex legal analysis for oil and gas companies in anticipation of their financing, drilling and production efforts.  He specializes in mineral exploration and production issues within the Uinta Basin. 


Rohit has represented hard mineral clients in litigated disputes and mining claim issues, counseled others through federal investigations regarding BLM regulations, and guided dedicated litigation counsel in trial and settlement strategies. 


Rohit has extensive experience representing large and mid-size corporate and municipal clients, resolving disputes through settlement conferences, arbitration and trial to a jury verdict, negotiating and drafting large bid procurement contracts and legislation, and practice in areas such as insurance, local government, employment, tort, real estate, bankruptcy, commercial contracts and consumer fraud.
